What We Did
Wingate is a large community of senior living facilities and is always on the lookout for quality nurses to join their team. We handle Wingate’s recruitment advertising needs and they have had a great need for nurses throughout Massachusetts and New York. While traditional newspaper advertising is still effective, we feel you have to have variety to be effective.
Our task was to supplement their newspaper advertising with mailers sent out to specific areas located around Wingate facilities. Each area had mailers catered to their facility and current recruitment needs that following in line with the company’s branding. Since this was designed to be an ongoing campaign, it was important to be cost effective. We designed a budget-friendly, 9 x 6 flat postcard and an average of 5,000 postcards were sent out per facility to attract new applicants.
